1995年，武长顺在交管局长任上创办了交管局长办公热线，每个月都去天津电台接热线，至今19年。图为今年7月11日，武长顺再次做客名为《红绿灯》的节目，这是他最后一次接听热线。在这次节目的两小时时间内，武长顺一共解决群众反映的25个问题。
7月20日，中纪委官网公布：天津市政协副主席、市公安局长武长顺涉嫌严重违纪违法，正接受组织调查。知情人透露，武或涉嫌利用专利在天津交通领域牟取不正当利益。
武长顺担任交通管理局长11年，担任天津市公安局局长11年;发明的34项专利与智能交通等领域相关;而掌握其专利的公司多有公安背景，经营范围也与其管理领域多有重合。
专家分析，这种操作模式，很容易在采购过程中及对专利人的奖励环节存在利益交换。
7月20日，中纪委官网公布消息：天津市政协副主席、市公安局长武长顺涉嫌严重违纪违法，正接受组织调查。7月24日，武长顺被免职。
武长顺成为十八大后天津首位落马的省部级高官。
武长顺生于天津，长于天津，自交通队民警起步，任职天津公安系统长达44年。其间，担任交通管理局长11年，担任天津市公安局局长11年。
天津纪检系统、政法系统干部透露，武长顺是在中央巡视组对天津进行巡视后落马的，或涉及利用其多项专利在天津智能交通建设及与交通相关的领域中牟取不当利益。
武长顺申请了35项专利，其中的34项与智能交通等领域相关。1999年后，武长顺部分专利被大规模用于天津的交通领域。
天津是2014年首轮被巡视地区之一。7月8日、9日，中央第五巡视组先后向天津市委书记和天津市领导班子进行了巡视反馈。
巡视组反馈的主要问题包括：在党风廉政建设和反腐败工作方面，国有企业大案要案频发，城市建设领域腐败问题突出，“一把手”违法违纪案件多危害大。
巡视组反馈问题12天后，中纪委宣布武长顺接受组织调查。
“发明家”武长顺
与武长顺一起发明专利的人员，几乎均为公安局科技管理处、交管局设施处等领域技术人员或领导
武长顺被称为“学者型官员”。
16岁便参加工作的武长顺，在担任天津市公安局党委副书记、局长期间，完成了同济大学机械工程学院机械设计及理论专业在职研究生课程，并于2005年获得博士学位。
公开资料显示，武长顺受聘于中国政法大学、中国人民公安大学、南开大学等18所高等院校、研究中心，担任兼职教授和研究员，撰写发表学术论文20余篇、专业论著10余部。
2013年初，武长顺取得正高级工程师专业技术资格。
武长顺还是一个“发明家”。国家知识产权局官网检索结果显示，武长顺发明及领衔发明了35项专利。专利申请日期自1999年6月至2013年3月。
除了一件胖男孩怀抱金鱼造型的摆饰品外，武长顺其余34项发明，都与警务工作相关。主要有交通信号灯、人体血液酒精含量检测仪、隔离护栏、标识牌、公路交
通视频监控系统、警务查询终端、警用电击器等，涉及智能交通、交通设施、城市技术防范网络体系、警用设备等多个领域。
35项专利中，4项专利为武长顺单独发明外，其他31项，均为武长顺与多人共同发明，武长顺为领衔发明人。
公开资料显示，与武长顺一起发明专利的人员，几乎均为公安局科技管理处、交管局设施处等领域技术人员或领导。
在武长顺的专利合伙人中，有一位名为刘春义的非公职人员。
2004年3月至2005年6月，刘春义作为共同发明人，与武长顺共同发明了11项专利。上述期间，刘春义任天津市华海计算机技术有限公司(以下简称天津华海)总经理。
2009年7月，天津华海注销后，刘春义加入上市公司天津市赛诺达智能技术股份有限公司(以下简称赛诺达)。
多日来，上市公司赛诺达年报中公布的董秘刘春义的手机或关机或无人接听。8月5日，赛诺达工作人员称，刘春义已有一段时间没来公司，但未就相关质疑做出回应。刘春义的父亲也未做回应。
专利信号灯遍天津
武长顺领衔发明的交通信号灯两次在天津大规模推广，按法律规定，武长顺可获得不超过5%的报酬
武长顺的35项专利中，除了“整屏分段灯光显示计时交通信号灯”发明于1999年外，其他专利发明时间均为2002年12月至2013年间。
值得注意的是，2002年，经科技部批准，天津被列为国家智能交通系统首批试点城市之一。同一年，武长顺担任交通管理局党委书记、局长。一年后，武长顺担任天津市公安局局长。
武长顺治下的天津交通，智能交通管理系统建设一直是重中之重。
《2010年天津市道路交通的管理规划》中，关于天津市道路交通智能管理系统建设资金结算总计为22.9亿元。
梳理公开报道，武长顺发明及领衔发明的专利至少有5项被用于天津的智能交通建设、公安移动警务系统、城市技术防范网络体系当中。
武长顺诸多专利应用中，天津市民最熟悉的是交通信号灯。
1999年，武长顺领衔发明的“99型整屏分段交通信号灯”在天津整体应用;2012年，武长顺发明的“12型一体化倒计时信号灯”在天津再次推广应用，取代“99型”信号灯。天津本地媒体报道，截至今年5月，天津已有721个道路交口安装使用这种信号灯。
据媒体报道，友谊南路与环岛西路交口是最早改造安装“12型”信号灯的地点之一。
昨天晚上，新京报记者在该路口看到这种“LED交通信号灯”，灯箱侧面的产品标牌显示，其产品名称为“12型数码相位信号灯”，由天津市公安交通管理局监制，制造单位为天津市正直智能交通设施制作安装有限公司(以下简称天津正直)。
除该专利外，天津正直还拥有武长顺发明的“远程拨号绿波带交通信号控制器”专利的专利权。
中国商标专利事务所上海分公司顾问沈亦可分析，武长顺发明的专利，需要委托相关公司生产。公安局如有应用，需向生产专利产品的公司采购。
武长顺发明的“12型”信号灯的专利权属于天津公安交通管理局。《专利法》规定，专利所有权属于单位或公司的，专利推广应用后，发明人一般可获得2%到3%、最多不超过5%的报酬。但沈亦可说，具体操作过程中，双方可另行约定报酬。
天津纪检系统及政法系统干部透露，武长顺被调查的原因之一或涉及其多项专利在天津智能交通建设及与交通相关的领域中牟取不当利益。
原重庆公安局长王立军曾发明多达150项专利，据媒体报道，这些专利“获利惊人”。
专利所属公司有公安背景
公司经营范围、武长顺的管理领域，及其专利的应用领域有很大交集，专家称容易存在利益交换
除了天津正直，武长顺还有11项专利的专利权属于天津华海和天津金盾技术防范工程服务中心有限公司(以下简称天津金盾)。
专利权属于两家公司的专利包括：公路交通视频监控系统、城市固定目标监控报警联网系统、多功能警用电击器、多功能移动警务查询终端等。
工商资料显示，天津华海、天津金盾以及天津正直有着千丝万缕的联系。
天津华海成立于1999年，原始股东为天津华兴实业公司(以下简称天津华兴)等两家公司;2002年时，华海的股东变更为天津华兴、刘春义及张军。后两者为自然人股东。
2008年9月，上述三个股东将持有的股份转让给了天津正直，天津华海成为天津正直的全资子公司。2009年7月，天津华海注销。
天津正直成立于1997年，原始股东的两家公司也包括天津华兴等。2008年12月，天津联华集团有限公司(以下简称天津联华)进入，成为天津正直的最大股东。
天津联华原是天津市公安局所属企业。2009年，天津市国资委成为天津联华的大股东，但随后委托天津市公安局下属事业单位对天津联华及其下属企业进行管理。隶属于天津市公安局的天津市见义勇为协会是天津联华的小股东。
天津金盾成立于1996年，股东为天津联华及天津华海。2007年8月，天津华海将持有的股权转让给天津联华，天津金盾成为天津联华的独资企业。
由于受股东天津联华的影响，天津正直和天津金盾间接有“公安血统”。
通过中国政府采购网查询，上述三家公司26项中标记录中，有24项招标的业务单位均为天津市公安局、下属分局、交管局及其下属支队。中标项目包括视频监控系统、机动车牌照识别系统、报警监控平台技防系统等。
三家公司的24项中标记录中，有12项为单一来源采购;其他为竞争性谈判采购，但常出现没有其他公司来“谈判”的情况。
单一来源采购，是指采购人向特定的一个供应商采购的政府采购方式。
沈亦可分析，三家公司的经营范围、武长顺的专利应用领域及其管理领域，三者有很大交集，这种操作模式，很容易在采购过程中及对专利人的奖励环节存在利益交换。
营造亲民形象
19年间，武长顺每月都去天津电台接群众热线，被抓前9天，还曾再次接听
除了发明家和学者官员的形象，多位政法系统的工作人员介绍，武长顺平时对下属十分和气，被认为“接地气”。
纪检系统一位干部说，纪检部门组织的会议，武长顺都会亲自到会，规规矩矩签字、听会。“有些局的领导经常让副手或者秘书代开会议。”
政法系统一位听过武长顺的业务课的干部介绍，武长顺是一位“接地气儿”的领导。“他出身基层，工作程序和工作中的辛苦都门儿清。他官话很少，有时候还用天津话讲一些笑话，没什么架子。”
在天津政法系统，武长顺爱好足球等体育运动也是尽人皆知。他喜欢和下属们踢踢足球。“他身披10号球衣，认为自己踢得不错，但大家都是故意让他进球。”上述政法系统干部说。
天津多位政、商界人士透露，2013年，武长顺以批示的形式介入天津塘沽一位商人的经济纠纷，上述商人遭调查，至今申诉。
上世纪90年代，公安部便已三令五申，要求各地公安机关不得干预经济纠纷。
媒体宣传中，武长顺经常被提到“亲民、勤政”。
1993年，时任公安交管局长的武长顺建立“交管局长接待日”;2003年，武长顺调任公安局任局长伊始，即在天津市全面推行“局长接待日”，接待上访群众。至被调查前，武长顺坚持了上百场。
一位参加过“接待日”的媒体记者观察，武长顺对待访民很热情，对于访民提出的很复杂的事情，善于抓住要害，并当场指示相关负责人办理。
1995年，武长顺在交管局长任上创办了交管局长办公热线，每个月都去天津电台接热线，至今19年。

“不倒翁”出局
李宝金、宋平顺案发后，天津政界曾盛传武长顺涉案的消息。知情人称，李、宋案发后7年间，武长顺至少被相关部门叫走了4、5次
武长顺是典型的本土官员。履历显示，1954年出生于天津的武长顺，16岁时参加工作，任交通民警大队民警。1992年，38岁的武长顺出任天津市公安交通管理局局长;2003年，武长顺升任市公安局局长。
武长顺曾在接受媒体采访时说：我从民警、副班长、班长，副队长、队长，副科长、科长，副局长、局长，一级一级地干起来，没有“下过跳棋”，都是“象棋”，一步一步地走。
2011年10月，武长顺当选为政协天津市副主席，2013年1月续任。
当时，武长顺同时兼任天津政法委副书记、公安局长、武警天津市总队第一政治委员、党委第一书记等多个要职。
7月18日，即武长顺被调查前两天，他正式从天津市公安局离任。
据媒体报道，当天下午，公安局为武长顺举办了一个简单的欢送仪式。当时，很多干警都认为武长顺是正常退休。
武长顺正式离任当天，天津市委十届五次全会召开，他作为政协副主席也列席了会议。
天津的多位受访干部看来，武长顺被调查事发突然，却非全无征兆。
2006年，原天津市人民检察院检察长李宝金案发。李宝金后因犯受贿罪、挪用公款罪被判死缓;2007年，原天津政协主席宋平顺自杀身亡。官方通报称，宋平顺道德败坏，包养情妇;滥用手中权力，为情妇谋取巨额不正当利益。
李宝金和宋平顺均曾为武长顺上司。宋平顺与武长顺保持上下级领导关系长达23年。2003年，宋平顺卸任天津公安局长时，接任者即武长顺。
天津政法系统一位处级干部介绍，武长顺是被宋平顺提拔起来的，这在天津政法系统中，是一个公开的秘密。
李宝金、宋平顺案发后，天津政界曾盛传武长顺涉案的消息。
上述处级干部介绍，李宝金、宋平顺案发后至今的7年间，武长顺至少被相关部门叫走了4、5次。
武长顺也因此被称为天津警界“不倒翁”。
2013年12月底到2014年1月初，半个月时间内，天津市集中任免了天津公安系统多个部门的主要领导。其中，公安局两位副局长、公安交通管理局局长及政委均被免职。
公开资料显示，被免职的四位干部均与武长顺共事多年;被免职的公安交通管理局政委还与武长顺共同发明了7项专利。
多方信源称，天津公安局系统至少两位领导曾长期举报武长顺。有政法系统干部分析，武长顺此番被查或受到上述举报影响。

今天和各位谈谈李银河，是因为昨夜看了一篇把她和徐XX比较，辱骂她为国妖的文字有感而发。
李银河现象具有普/世/价/值的意义，且李银河的性研究从专业角度讲非常严谨，希望各位少转播辱骂李银河国妖的文章。
我的专业背景是心理学，我以为李银河从社会学的角度研究性问题，对整个国民性的研究有很大的贡献，未来人们会感谢她改变了性道德性观念，具有划时代的意义。
李银河自身的生活很严谨，她和跨性别朋友同居，这在国外很正常。如果说中国还有真正的学者，那么李银河算一个纯粹的学者，并且在工作生活中坚守着自己的职业操守，且传承着王小波的思想。李银河宣传过很多普/世/价/值的东西，值得尊重，李银河的研究成果其实在西方是很正常的学术表达，不会有人辱骂她是人渣和国妖的。
希望各位思考，为何普/世/价/值越是彻底的国家，性自由越是充分？难道计划生育是性自由吗？婚姻和做爱本来是两回事？ 婚姻和爱情也是两回事，性，爱，婚姻，是三回事， 当然有时候他们又是一回事。事实上，大部分人渴望性和爱彻底交融的爱情婚姻，也包括我。我经典的一句话赠送各位：“性是爱的起点和终点，爱是性的核心和升华。”
性道德是与时俱变的， 古代的性自由并不落后，请看古诗。 一个学者谈论自己的专业研究，而被攻击是人渣，这我不赞同。 居然把李银河比作国妖，这完全是污蔑。
西方也有过中世纪的黑暗，对人性的压抑，也有过抗争，文艺复兴，人性解放，但西方，比如美国现在的社会，性并不是乱混的，主流价值尊重性自由，但不淫乱，更重视爱情家庭生活的和谐。性自由和性淫乱、性泛滥不是一回事。
李银河自身也不淫乱，但她尊重别人性自由的权利，甚至为捍卫别人这个权利而发声， 却被辱骂攻击，就好比我们追求普/世/价/值，而要被“灭口”， 被攻击为人渣，这应该吗？这是一个道理。
每个人都有自己的性价值观，性价值观是普/世/价/值的重要组成部分。 追求普/世/价/值就要彻底的解放人性。人/权，当然包括性权利， 这是起码的常识， 包括人的身体自由支配的权利。马斯洛的需要研究也告诉我们，人有七层需要，而性是最基本的生理需要需要。古人也这么认为，食色性也。人首先是物质的，然后才是精神的。 精神是建立在一个个具体的人身上的。 哪怕林昭，也要谈恋爱，有男朋友，这是人性。 哪怕秋瑾，也爱男人， 甚至在这个男人（徐锡麟）被砍头后，自己也愿意献身追随，这是爱情的力量——具有共同价值观的一对恋人为了信仰祭奠自己的肉体，灵魂在天堂相聚。 爱情是人类进步的巨大动力，而爱情最原始的吸引源自性吸引，力比多的释放，才是爱情的动力和源泉。
所有的爱都会产生心理的变化，产生生理的唤醒和冲动，如果没有这身体的激情，请问男人们会勃起吗？会完成性交吗？还可以享受性快乐或者顺利传宗接代吗？别贬低性的意义，如果没有性的激情，相比快乐会少了很多。 一个太监，是不会主动追求民主自由的，太监尽管也会有性欲，但太监仅仅跪求一个主子来奴役他，力比多是人类进步的最原始的动力。
从专业的角度讲，我支持李银河潘绥铭等社会学者人类性问题的研究，性问题的社会研究和研究者自身的世俗生活是两回事，希望各位不要混乱了他们的不同角色。 各位可以批评他们从社会学角度对性的研究的误区和不足，这点我支持。 但对李银河的人身攻击，甚至辱骂我觉得违反了普/世/价/值。
至于各位赞不赞同同性恋，这是个人的自由， 我本人理解同情同性恋者。 事实上在做心理咨询的时候，我也会尊重同性恋的选择。 协助后天同性恋者改变性取向。美国总统布什的一个女儿就是同性恋者， 但是布什开始是反对同性恋的，为此这个女儿抗议布什。
从人类的起源来说，我是有神论者，我从来不相信什么进化论，也不认为自己的祖先是猿猴，事实上，达尔文晚年也反省了进化论。
我因为专业是心理学，也研究性问题，所以我更多理解支持李银河的研究，我很少在这个群发言， 这个问题我今天说的确实比较多，就是因为社会对李银河的误解太多， 需要澄清一下，不企图你们都接纳，仅仅分享我的观点，至于各位今后做什么，在不违反法律和伤害他人的前提下，都是各位的自由。

李银河的“性学三原则”之一就是考虑到隐私权。 当众做爱，违反了三原则， 伤害了公众利益，李银河是不赞同的，她强调的是性的私密性。关于忠诚，其实也是当事人彼此的契约，夫妻情人间甚至性伴侣间，都要提倡忠诚。 李银河是这个观点。 但当事人对忠诚的理解尺度不同，所以，会有换偶现象出现。 忠诚是当事人之间的契约，如果彼此这样那样要求，就应该做到这样那样。事实上，忠诚包括生理身体忠诚和心理精神忠诚。
婚姻观，性价值观等都属于每个人自己的价值观， 包容多元化价值观是社会进步的表现，“参差多态是社会的美”，应该尊重每个人的人/权自由。尽管我不会这样去做，但我支持他们的权利，这是我的态度。 甚至我赞同设立红灯区， 性工作者合法化。当然我不会去做妓女，但女人有选择做不做性工作者的权利，用自己的身体合法养活自己，男人也一样。 所以，从这点上，我支持叶海燕。
人/权，一定包括性自由的权利。但谈到爱情婚姻，必然是当事人的对忠诚的契约，不是当事人，无法去评价他们的自由。 道德是与时俱变的。 如果研究性问题，可以发现，任何伟大的历史变革都有性的动力促进（比如西施，杨玉环，小凤仙，李园园…）…
我再举例，荷马史诗记录的特洛伊战争，就是海伦被诱拐引发的。 性是社会变革的巨大动力，对人性的摧残就是利用对性的彻底压抑，从性观念性道德上开始禁锢人的思想自由。 这点李剑芒说的很深刻。分享一张他的图说。

如果当事人追求性自由，那么这是在追求他们的自由人/权，为何我们要辱骂他们呢？
当事人的性自由尊重“性学三原则”就可以了：私密、成人，自愿。

同性恋纯粹属于生理心理范畴问题，这也是近代才搞清楚的， 之前一直从道德上打击同性恋， 但科学进步了，发现原来遗传基因胚胎因素等会造成先天同性恋了。 好比一个人脑子受伤了，他可能心理发生变化， 是生物原因造成的，不能用道德去评价。 还有天生的弱智，怎么去道德评价呢。 那么对于天生的同性恋者，一样如此。 基督教也是基于此，才改变了一些对同性恋的态度， 一些国家才立法允许同性恋结婚，是科学研究进步，改变了人们的态度。
道德的要求说到底是用来自律的，而不是他律。
我个人不是同性恋，而且我在做心理咨询的时候，也帮助需要改变的同性恋变为异性恋， 但我理解真正的同性恋的痛苦。这不是法律和宗教可以解决的人性问题， 任何法律和宗教都有符合人性。
这个社会毕竟有少部分是天生同性恋者，也有少部分人是后天同性恋者，他们有权利选择自己的生活，在不影响别人的前提下，这是人/权。
我重申，同性恋首先不是道德问题，是生理和心理问题。 我强调的就是同性恋的成因，先天和后天。 比如我接触过的个案：一个男人因为担心自己的生殖器小，加上从小被当做女孩子教养，后来他就自我认同自己为女性，逐渐变成了同性恋。 我推荐各位看看张国荣主演的《霸王别姬》，看完你就可能理解为什么“张国荣”后来会自杀。主人翁小豆豆本是一个男儿郎，在内外因的促使下一步步地演变为同性恋，成了女娇娥。 如果我们更多理解同性恋的心理演变过程，我们对他们就充满了深刻的同情和慈悲， 这些被扭曲的人性，需要关爱而不是嘲讽。

定居台湾的前中国大陆民运人士吾尔开希对BBC中文网表示，无党籍的柯文哲当选台北市长让他深受鼓舞，决定参选立委以突破台湾两党恶斗的困局。
吾尔开希是1989年北京六四民主运动的学生领袖之一，当年穿着医院的病号服进入人民大会堂与时任中共总理李鹏对话，让人留下深刻的印象。
后来中共当局镇压六四，吾尔开希逃亡海外，被中共通缉至今。在美流亡时期，吾尔开希认识了台湾留学生陈慧玲，1996年从美国迁居台湾，定居台中市，并与陈慧玲结婚生子，取得中华民国国籍。
台湾台中市第六选区立法委员林佳龙在“九合一”地方选举中当选台中市长，留下立委空缺将于明年2月补选，身为台中市民的吾尔开希，决定以无党籍身份参选，和国民党、民进党候选人一决高下。
对于参选动机，吾尔开希接受BBC中文网访问时表示，台湾深陷蓝、绿恶斗的困局而停滞不前，他多年来一直关心出现第三势力的可能性，但个人始终未付诸行动。
这次“九合一”地方选举中，无党籍的柯文哲突破蓝绿分野，高票当选台北市长，让他深受启发和鼓舞，决定参选台中的立委补选。
吾尔开希指出，无党无派的柯文哲大获全胜，无疑是选民用选票惩罚了执政的国民党，同时也警告了民进党，人民尚未恢复对民进党的信心，民进党只能被迫支持非民进党人士。
他说，“台湾智库”在选后所做民调也显示，有64%的人对于国、民两党感到厌恶，愿意把票投给两党以外的候选人。
台湾民主2.0时代
吾尔开希认为，从“太阳花学运”到“九合一”地方选举，台湾已经进入“民主2.0时代”，公民不再相信代议政治、政党政治，而是以行动直接参与政治。
他说，在这个新时代中，权力不再源于世家、派系或是蓝绿分野，而是公民自主和理性的力量主宰了一切，在这前所未见的政治环境中，第三势力得以突围而出。
吾尔开希强调，这让他有了参选的动力。他说：“在历史的关键时刻，挺身而出是光荣的！”
截至目前，民进党确定由台中市议员黄国书代表参选，国民党可能由前台中市副市长、前行政院副秘书长萧家淇出马角逐。面对可能的竞争对手，本身又无政党奥援，吾尔开希自评优势何在？
吾尔开希表示，萧家淇来自于被人民以选票否定的胡志强市政团队和江宜桦行政团队，国民党如果推出这样的人选，代表国民党是不长进的政党，其腐朽的党内文化令人反感。吾尔开希说，在此情况下，他的胜算就更大了。
至于黄国书，吾尔开希说，他是一位令人尊敬的人物，更是一位好的市议员，应该继续留在台中市为市民服务。
“一人敌两党”
至于本身的优势，吾尔开希表示，这次补选产生的立委只剩一年任期，其主要的任务就是修宪，蓝绿两党在修宪议题上各有盘算而不敢表态，他本身没有政党包袱，“一人敌两党”，可以针对深化民主的议题畅所欲言——例如改采内阁制、立委选举改采联立制，以及降低投票年龄为18岁——来争取人民的认同和支持。
吾尔开希说，两岸关系是另一个他可以发挥“一人敌两党”的领域。
他指出，台湾面临外部的挑战主要来自中国大陆，在蓝绿都害怕共产党的情况下，台湾的利益被牺牲了，习近平在台湾的影响力愈来愈大，十分荒谬。
吾尔开希认为，国民党错误的两岸政策，让台湾在害怕和依赖中被北京当局所摆布，这是十分危险的。他来自中国大陆，对于中共有更为清楚和正确的认识，在两岸关系的议题上，他能够捍卫台湾的立场，让两岸政策回归理性。
吾尔开希说，台中市民自主性高，游离票多，他将透过网路和文宣传单与选民进行有效沟通，让专家跌破眼镜。
不过，吾尔开希也指出，由于他的大陆背景，台湾部分电子媒体考量到大陆市场，对他的态度相对不够友善。他说，大陆异议分子在台发言受限，是一件可怕的事，台湾人要警觉、要介意，因为这是中共在台发挥影响力的成功实例。
吾尔开希说，在某种意义上来说，他的参选也在突破中共在台湾铺下的无形之网。
台湾民主示范
对于自己角色的转换，从北京天安门广场上的学运领袖变成台湾立法委员候选人，吾尔开希颇有感触。
吾尔开希说，台湾的民主是自己努力争取来的，其民主成就令人尊敬、羡慕，甚至是令人眼红的。期待有一天，台湾经验及其灯塔效应，能够对中国大陆民主化产生直接的帮助。
他指出，台湾以60年完成自由主义的洗礼，兼具了社群主义和个人主义文明，其民主成就有目共睹，以致没人敢说“华人不适合民主制度”。事实上，这已经对大陆民主化产生了无形的巨大帮助。又如，大陆人来过台湾之后返回大陆，他们会发现，台湾的现代文明成果和大陆相比较，一定有体制性和结构上的原因，这同样也已经对大陆产生巨大启发和示范作用。
吾尔开希说，他在推特上推文说要参选，大陆的追踪者们都兴奋极了，直说大陆通缉犯在台湾参选立委，被台湾社会平静接受了，就连流亡中的朋友也眼红了。
吾尔开希表示，身为流亡者，台湾接纳了他，台湾是他的第二祖国，如今眼看蓝绿恶斗扼杀台湾的未来，为了台湾的一份责任，他“不得不选”、“没有权利不出来选”，为台湾民主的深化，贡献一己心力。
吾尔开希说，他在台湾生活了18年，投入在地公共事务，在两岸事务上更是百分之百捍卫台湾利益，他已完全把自己当作台湾的一分子，万一台湾民众在选举中质疑他不是台湾人，他会很难过的。
呼吁习近平改革
吾尔开希认为蒋经国（中）应成为习近平效法进行政治改革的对象之一。
回首中国大陆，吾尔开希建议北京领导人习近平，若是不能效法蒋经国进行政治改革，那就学习邓小平的改革开放。
吾尔开希指出，在文化大革命后的崩溃边缘，邓小平1979年上台实行改革开放政策，让中共政权延续了35年统治。如果北京当局现在进行改革，至少可以让中共政权又延续40年。
吾尔开希指出，当今中国大陆社会矛盾事件每年高达20万件，2007年维稳费用已超过国防预算，改革势在必行。
吾尔开希认为，从司法独立、言论和新闻自由到村镇基层选举，其中任何一项的开放，大陆社会矛盾事件就可减少一半；如果开放县级选举，问题可解决八成，贪腐问题都可解决，因为贪腐的人选不上，连带也会影响县级以上单位的廉明，这样可以长治久安好一阵子。

令计划本有希望进入政治局，突然转至相对不那么重要的中央统战部，说明其政治生命出现重大转折。多名消息人士向财新记者证实，死者即为令计划年仅24岁的儿子令谷，当时正在北京大学攻读研究生，“为掩盖儿子死因，令计划与当时的政法系统负责人达成了某种政治约定”。但这个约定随即败露，令计划的政治道路由此逆转。
据新华社发布客户端消息，12月22日晚8点，如同一个多小时前突然出现的传言，新华社发布了令计划落马的消息：中国人民政治协商会议第十二届全国委员会副主席、中共中央统战部部长令计划涉嫌严重违纪，目前正接受组织调查。
一只两年多前在某个京城凌晨甩到空中的靴子，终于落地。
共青团出身的中办主任
1962年，52岁的延安干部令狐野带领全家妻儿老小解甲归田。他没有回自己的出生地、原配和长女生活的平陆县常乐公社洪阳村，而是在常乐公社集镇附近的后村定居下来。此时他的三儿子令计划只有6岁，还没有开始上学。
1949年至1959年左右，令狐野的妻子为他生下四子一女。令狐野从报纸上选择了五个当时见报率较高的词汇：方针、政策、路线、计划、完成，为五个儿女取名。网上有说法称建国后令狐野曾在公安部工作，又有说曾任陕西华清干部疗养院院长，但对于令狐野建国后确切的职位变迁，以及他为何于52岁时抛去官位携全家返回乡下，目前尚不得而知。目前已经103岁高龄的令狐野还健在，作为离休干部在山西一个干休所颐养天年，享受副省级医疗待遇。
作为延安干部的孩子，令家兄妹虽然在农村长大，但从小家境不错，父母每月工资225元，相当于全村劳动力的收入。令狐野对子女要求严格，兄妹五个都要按着父亲的要求下地干活，年少时拾麦粒，年长时锄土。有空闲时，令狐野会让孩子们站在自家窑洞口，声情并茂地练习演讲，令狐野坐在小板凳上，逐一点评。窑洞顶上，站着好奇的乡邻鼓掌喝彩。
一位当年的乡亲对财新记者回忆道：“我常常站在窑顶上看着他们在院子里演讲，满心的羡慕，觉得他们家的孩子很厉害，是有文化的。”这样的家庭教育让五兄妹长大后，口才都颇为出众。
1973年，16岁的令计划作为知青，被招工到山西省平陆县印刷厂，当了两年工人。1975年，他有幸被调至县团委，从干部做到副书记，正式从一名工人转为副科级干部。
1978年，令计划调到山西省运城地委，很快，他又被选拔到北京，在团中央宣传部工作，开始了对其后来仕途至关重要的16年团中央生涯。1983年-1985年，他进入团中央下属培养团干部的中国青年政治学院政教专业学习，在那里，他认识了自己后来的妻子谷丽萍。
1985年，令计划回到团中央，担任宣传部理论处副处长，三年后，升至团中央书记处办公室主任，之后先后任团中央办公厅副主任、团中央宣传部部长。
1995年，令计划的办公室从前门东大街搬进中南海，他在海子里的第一份工作是中央办公厅调研室三组负责人，之后是调研室副主任、主任，中央办公厅副主任，期间他成为中央机构编制委员会办公室副主任，开始将自己的权力触角伸至中南海之外。2002年的十六大上，令计划当选中央候补委员，在党内奠定了一席之地。翌年，他成为主持常务工作的正部级中央办公厅副主任，兼任中央机构编制委员会办公室副主任。
2007年的十七大上，51岁的中央办公厅主任令计划当选中央委员、中央书记处书记，进入国家领导人行列，仕途一片光明。在他之前，大多数的中办主任都进入中央政治局这个党的高级领导机构。
仕途逆转
58岁的令计划是半年来被正式宣布落马的第四位国家领导人，在他之前是全国政协原副主席苏荣、中央军委前副主席徐才厚、前中共中央政治局常委周永康。从权势看，曾经担任中央书记处书记、中共中央办公厅主任的令计划排在他的政协同事苏荣之前，与执掌军队政治大权的徐才厚差可比拟——甚至很多人认为，令计划曾经拥有的隐形力量直追政治局常委。
事实上，令计划落马早在2012年8月他突然由中央办公厅主任转任中共中央统战部部长之时就有端倪，彼时正值十八大召开前夕，此间消息人士透露，令计划本有希望进入政治局，突然转至相对不那么重要的中央统战部，说明其政治生命出现重大转折。在当年11月十八大产生的新一届中央领导班子中，令计划果然没有进入政治局，甚至连代表副国级身份的书记处书记职务也已失去，只是在第二年的“两会”上当选中国人民政治协商会议第十二届全国委员会副主席，勉强保住其国家领导人身份。
这次重大转折原因不详。但据《北京青年报》2012年3月18日的一则城市新闻报道称：今天凌晨4点左右，海淀保福寺桥北四环西向东辅路，一辆法拉利轿车失去控制，先撞到了路边南墙后又撞到了路中隔离带。整车化为两截，车上三人飞出车身5米开外，一死(男)两伤(女)。多名消息人士向财新记者证实，死者即为令计划年仅24岁的儿子令谷，当时正在北京大学攻读研究生，“为掩盖儿子死因，令计划与当时的政法系统负责人达成了某种政治约定”。但这个约定随即败露，令计划的政治道路由此逆转。
2014年6月19日，中央纪委监察部网站宣布，时任山西省政协副主席令政策涉嫌严重违纪违法接受组织调查。62岁的令政策是令计划的二哥，是令氏五兄妹中仅次于令计划的官场人物。令政策在山西腐败窝案中落马，像往树林中弹去一颗石头。
10月，令计划的幼弟、北京商人令完成也被有关部门带走;令计划的养子、已故大哥令方针的儿子令狐剑出走美国。至此，令计划的四位兄弟姐妹，除了英年早逝的大哥令方针，只有唯一的女性令路线，运城市中心医院副院长，仍正常工作。据悉，这是一位口碑甚好的医生。
四面楚歌之下，令计划继续出席各种场合，但有认识令计划的人士告诉财新记者，令计划明显寡言少语，强作镇定。

三、对比中华古今史
比如：“奴隶制”和“极左制”，一对比就明白了，劳动人民统统被剥夺了“自由谋生权、自由迁徙权”、然后“一切行动听指挥”地奉命扛活。

五、还要总结阶级史
人类文明史都是以爱为本——博爱、兼爱、仁爱。任何煽动“恨”与“斗”的就是反文明。所以必须摒弃反文明的“阶级斗争”。
摒弃反文明的“阶级斗争”，却不可以模糊“阶级”之分。人分三六九等，当然有阶级之分，不同的阶级力量决定了不同的历史走向。《马论》错在用“贫富”划分阶级，我认为“牟利手段”才是划分阶级属性、研究历史走向的唯一标准：
依仗特权和垄断牟利的，是“特权阶级”；
依靠创造和竞争牟利的，是“资产阶级”；
特权无门、竞争无能的，是“无产阶级”。
此标准能启迪读者，为啥有的社会进步成了民主？而有的社会依旧轮回在专制？规律是：民主＝竞争，同样面对垄断为本的“特权阶级”造成的社会不公，竞争为本的“资产阶级”才能推动民主，而暴力为本的“无产阶级”再怎么造反与革命，都只会重蹈专制。
历史证明了一切：张角、朱元璋、李自成、张献忠、洪秀全、义和团、布尔什维克、国家社会主义德意志工人党（纳粹党）、意大利工人暴力团伙（法西斯）、红色高棉、红卫兵、造反派等古今中外历朝历代的各路“无产阶级”暴力团伙，从来都是枪杆子里面出政权，却永远出不了人权。
我 重写的《中华史》不是传统的叙述史，而是纠偏史、对比史、真相史、本质史，选票派看了会怒骂、毛派看了会咒骂、同行看了会妒骂、权贵看了会责骂。可不管你 们怎么骂，只要还剩下一口气，我也要重写中华史！开启尘封千年的头脑功能、耕耘荒芜已久的思想土壤，虽千万人，吾往矣！

——大明王朝的无产阶级领袖朱元璋就是这么干的，把大批大批的富庶百姓抄了家，一批又一批地发配滇边“劳动改造”；
——委内瑞拉的无产阶级领袖查韦斯也是这么干的，带领穷棒子选民联手洗劫中产阶层，中产阶层和知识阶层争相流亡海外，国民经济大幅倒退。
“路线斗争”就是同室操戈，都是为了坐稳头把交椅。
——太平天国的无产阶级领袖洪秀全、大顺王朝的无产阶级李自成都是这么干的，为了坐稳头把交椅，搞掉的都是自家兄弟；
——前苏联的无产阶级领袖斯大林更是这么干的，残酷清洗了百分之九十以上的老兄弟。
所以“文革”并非史无前例，而是老酒装新瓶，是历史上屡见不鲜的“兔死狗烹、鸟尽弓藏、过河拆桥、卸磨杀驴”。因此，他最大的错误不是晚年搞文革。文革明显的危害性掩盖了另一场空前浩劫：文革爆发前十年的“全民枷锁制”：
——先用“全盘公有制”剥夺了全民自由谋生权；
——再用“城乡户籍制”剥夺了全民自由迁徙权。
几亿人口啊，剩下的唯一活路，就是被迫去“公有企业、人民公社”里，“一切行动听指挥”地奉命扛活，一下倒退了2200多年，复辟到了井田制时代。“三年饿死三千万”就是这个复辟制度造成的直接恶果，文革就算折腾了十年都没能死这么多人。
改革开放进步在哪里？莫言说：“倒不是因为恩赐给了老百姓多少钱，而是因为归还了老百姓最最基本的人身自由。”从这个角度看，改开确功莫大焉。但，改革尚未成功，国人仍需努力。
我们当然要警惕文革回潮，但更要警惕先秦时代的第二次复辟！这才是殃及全民、无一漏网的最大浩劫。
