2013年11月5—29日，全国81家出版社送往教育部基础教育二司（以下简称“基教二司”）审查的书法教材存在如下暗箱操作黑幕，特举报如下：
一、教育部基教二司滥用职权，教材审查委员确认程序严重违法。
2001 年6月7日教育部令第11号《中小学教材编写审定管理暂行办法》第二十二条：全国和省级中小学教材审定委员会应建立委员信息库，负责审定教材的委员应按随 机抽取的原则，从信息库中选定。委员在教材审定过程中按照《全国中小学教材审定委员会工作章程》关于教材审定的程序、方式、标准的规定，公正客观地进行审 查，并遵守有关的工作纪律。
教育部的以上规定很明确地确认了教材审查委员的来源之处，即只能从教材审查专家信息库中随机抽取，以达到教材审查专家的名单信息不被泄密，从而做到教材评审过程客观公证，能为全国中小学生评选出优质的教材。
然而，本次书法教材的25位审查委员均不是从审查专家信息库中随机抽取的，而是由中国书协、北师大出版社等有书法教材送审的单位或个人推荐的。
由于本次书法教材的审查委员是由教材编写单位或个人推荐确认的，因此，本次书法教材还没有审查之前，25位书法教材的审查委员名单信息均已全部被“半公开化了”。
二、人为设置重重障碍，以达到阻止大部分出版社书法教材---《书法练习指导》审查通过
教 育部基教二司于2013年4月19日及10月15日分别发布了《关于中小学书法教材有关送审事项的公告》及“关于《书法练习指导》送审具体事项的公告”， 两份公告规定书法教材送审受理时间为2013年11月4日开始，于11月4日至6日报送《书法练习指导》编写人员（主编和主要编写人员）基本情况、出版单 位教材出版资质证明（复印件）材料。
11月25日—29日正式向教育部基教二司报送《书法练习指导》样书和编写说明。
从 2013年4月19日发布书法教材送审公告信息到2013年11月29日书法教材送审截止日，中间至少有7个月零10天的教材编写时间，表面上看，本次书 法教材编写时间充分、参与出版社众多（81家）、相关程序规范（4月19日发布公告——11月4—6日资格审查材料送审——11月25日—29日书法教材 （样书）正式送审），但实际情况却是：本次书法教材送审藏有许多无法向国人交代的暗箱操作编写及审查黑幕，暗箱操作黑幕之多，为教育部教材送审史上之最， 具体如下：
（一）、教育部2次文件规定硬笔、毛笔兼修的书法教材信息
1、教育部教基二【2011】4号《教育部关于中小学开展书法教育的意见》第2条“书法教学的要求”规定：一至三年级着重培养学生硬笔书写能力，······三年级开始，过渡到硬笔软笔兼学。
2、2013年1月18日教育部颁布的《中小学书法教育指导纲要》（以下简称“《纲要》”第三条：（一）教学建议与要求第4款：······小学生初学书写首先学用铅笔，随着年龄增长，逐步学习使用钢笔和毛笔。······硬笔书写教学要贯穿中小学书法教育的全过程。
3、《纲要》第三条：（三）教学用书编写建议第2款：“······小学中、高年级《书法练习指导》的编写，以硬笔楷书、行楷和毛笔楷书为主体，重视书写练习，适当编入精要的书写姿势、书写习惯、书写技法的指导内容，适当融入书法审美和书法文化的内容。”
（二）、教育部基教二司1次公告规定整套毛笔书法教材信息
教育部基教二司于2013年4月19日发布《关于中小学书法教材有关送审事项的公告》第三条有关书法教材送审时需提交以下材料：“2.小学3—6年级的整套毛笔书法教材” 。
（三）、教育部文件和基教二司公告自相矛盾
由以上教育部2次文件和1次基教二司公告可以看出，二者的内容有严重冲突，且自相矛盾，即：
2次以教育部名义发布的文件均规定小学3-6年级是硬笔、毛笔兼学。
基教二司公告却规定：《书法练习指导》送审时需提交小学3-6年级的整套毛笔书法教材。
前者是教育部文件，后者是其下属的司局级公告，显然前者效力大于后者。
然而，此次《书法练习指导》送审时，凡出现硬笔书法内容的，预审阶段将一票否决（不予进入正式审查程序）。
仅 仅因为教育部基教二司对此条本应公开说明的信息（有硬笔内容的书法教材将一票否决）的封锁，81家出版社中由于向教育部基教二司送审的3-6年级《书法练 习指导》中含有硬笔教学内容的原因，有近50多家出版社的书法教材在第一轮预审中即被淘汰出局，无法进入下一轮的正式教材审查。
而长时间、多次来过教育部基教二司“沟兑交流”过的出版社由于提前知道此秘密（有硬笔内容的书法教材将一票否决）,从而规避了这个“地雷”，顺利进入下一轮审查。
对于以上黑幕举报信息的真实性，调查人员只要询问一下本次书法教材任何一名审查专家及未通过审查的73家书法教材出版社负责人以及教育部基教二司的任何一名工作人员即可。
三、书法教材送审之前暗箱操作的重重黑幕
《书 法练习指导》送审前3个月，有数十家出版社的负责人长期云集教育部附近宾馆居住，其目的是为了对教育部基教二司相关领导们进行持续不断的“交流沟兑”，如 以前从没有教材编写、送审经历的山西人民出版社社长李广洁（手机号13700513220）公开对其它出版社说：为了保证本次书法教材审查通过，他本人亲 自去了北京及教育部60多次，因此，今年3月初书法教材还没有正式审查之前，他就知道他们（山西人民出版社）的书法教材已经通过审查了。
对于有多少家出版社负责人去北京和教育部基教二司多少位领导进行过多少次的“沟兑交流”，只需查一下教育部附近的宾馆登记情况及询问一下基教二司的司长、主管副司长、教材处负责人、经办人以及首轮通过教材审查的8家出版社的负责人即可。
四、《书法教材审查标准》是基教二司领导淘汰“不沟兑交流”出版社的又一杀手锏
《书 法练习指导》的审查标准应该在2013年4月19日发布《关于中小学书法教材有关送审事项的公告》的同时向社会公开，以便所有准备编写书法教材的出版社能 信息共享，尽可能编写出符合“书法教材审查标准”的书法教材，然而，“书法教材审查标准”却存在于教育部基教二司领导们的脑子里，有内部关系及肯下功夫和 基教二司领导“交流沟兑”的出版社负责人即可在正式送审之前获取这些《书法教材审查标准》，从而可以从容不迫地安排本出版社的教材编写人员按照《书法教材 审查标准》来进行书法教材的编写，以达到少走弯路及触碰到“地雷”。例如：
（一）有硬笔内容的书法教材将一票否决。
（二） 本次书法教材为政府采购免费赠送学生使用，采购单价为5.0元，根据物价局教材核价标准，对应的页码（16开本）只能为64页—80页（4.0印张至 5.0印张）（注：每印张16页），因此，送审的书法教材如果超过80页的，因政府无钱采购也将一票否决，低于64页的书法教材，因内容太少也将一票否 决。
（三）本次送审的书法教材以书法练习为主，必须达到全部教材内容的三分之二；讲解内容为辅，不得超过三分之一，否则一票否决。

顺 利通过教材审查的这8家出版社在教育部基教二司组织教材审查工作开始之前的2周就已全部得知他们各自出版社的书法教材已经通过了这次的审查，并开始进行与 其他各省的图书出版发行机构签订本社书法教材的代理推广协议。当2014年3月23日公布教材送审结果之时，这8家出版社的书法教材面向全国各省、市、自 治区的代理推广协议均已大部分签订完成。如：河北美术出版社（联系人：周二健13832302983）与湖南天舟科教文化有限公司（联系人：陈威 18618184988）在2014年3月17日之前就已经签订完成全国教材总代理推广协议。
六、书法教材评审专家为傀儡，能否通过审查基教二司领导说了算
由于早已内定好哪8家出版社的书法教材可以审查通过，因此，在本次教材审查过程中，教育部基教二司的领导为了保证这内定的8家出版社的书法教材通过审查，在审查过程中采取以下两种手段强行加以行政干预：

由于基教二司领导动用行政权力强势干预评审专家的审查意见，于是，令人无法相信的教材审查黑幕出现了：
1.已达到教材审查标准要求的教材无法通过审查；
2.审查通过的教材中存在的问题远远多于审查未予通过的教材。
（二）选用内定8家出版社推荐的书法专业人员当评审专家
本 次书法教材通过审查的8家出版社的每一家均有自己推荐的书法专业人员被教育部基教二司选中当评审人员，从而充分保证了各自出版社的书法教材通过审查。例 如：山西人民出版社本次审查通过的书法教材主编赵长青为中国书法家协会分党组书记、副主席，为保证山西人民出版社书法教材审查通过，教育部基教二司利用行 政权力主动邀请中国书协推荐并选用了数位书法专业人员作为本次书法教材的评审专家。
七、老乡关系和裙带关系超越了行政隶属关系，从而决定了书法教材审查结果。
细看这8家出版社，便很容易发现他们均与教育部基教二司的领导们有着某种关联。如：
1. 教育部部长袁贵仁之子袁昕为北京出版社（又称“北京出版集团”）教材中心总编辑，专职从事北京出版社教材编写及送审工作，袁大公子的书法教材原本被确定为 送审通过的8套教材之一。但由于在教材审查结果即将公布之时，有知情人士向媒体举报了北京出版社利用袁昕父亲的影响力促使其书法教材通过审查的背后黑幕， 在即将公布书法教材审查结果的2014年3月19日，记者去教育部进行了采访，基教二司的领导不得以才临时将北京出版社书法教材排除在送审通过的出版社名 单之外。
2.基教二司司长郑富芝是山西人，之前没有任何教材编写和出版经验的山西人民出版社居然榜上有名；
3.基教二司副司长申继亮之前的工作单位是北京师范大学，因此北京师范大学出版社的书法教材也顺利通过了这次的审查；
4.教材管理处处长秦伟是山东人，青岛出版社的书法教材也顺利通过了审查。
在本次教材审查过程中，一批有着几十年教材编写、出版经验的出版社却几乎全军覆没，如教育部直属的人民教育出版社、语文出版社、教育科学出版社、华东师范大学出版社等出版社的书法教材均未通过审查。
为了全国2亿多中小学生及全国千家万户所有家长对孩子们的教育情感不受欺骗和愚弄，举报人特向人民监督网请求如下：
1、 督促纪检监察机关立案调查教育部基教二司相关领导的渎职行为以及是否有其它违纪违法行为；
2、 督促教育部撤销教育部基教二司于2014年3月23日下发的8家出版社《书法练习指导》审查通过的决定；
3、 督促教育部真正公平公正地重新组织《书法练习指导》的审查。

九个头条网讯 2015年伊始，人民币汇率频频逼近“跌停”，预示着人民币告别长期单边升值模式。据了解，上周四（29日）早盘，人民币即期汇率就再度逼近“跌停”，较中间价折价幅度一度达1.935%，至6.2522，引发了市场对人民币贬值的担忧。
人民币贬值对我们普通民众的影响不言而喻，比如兑换美元不仅要多掏钱，而且去海外旅游、淘宝购物、留学都要支出更多人民币。那么，面对贬值预期，我们该如何理财？九哥带你去看看专家都怎么说。

事有弊有利，在人民币贬值情况下，A股市场以外贸出口为导向的行业无疑将受益人民币贬值，而其中的纺织服装、玩具鞋帽等将是最大受益者。此外，相对于我国
纺织服装行业在国际市场的龙头地位，在我国的外贸型行业中，家电行业也占据重要位置。分析人士认为，随着人民币贬值，A股市场不少家电上市公司也有望迎来
出口量上升。可关注伊立浦、美的集团等。
对于普通市民而言，无论人民币贬值是否长期存在，目前来看，人民币理财产品的收益率大多在4%到5%，而人民币与美元的息差至少还在2%到3%，暂时还没有必要一定要购买外币理财产品。
对有千万资产的投资者，从中长期角度看，则可以适当配置海外产品，以达到资产多元化，有效规避风险。可以考虑把一部分资产放到国外，但是不要用在国内拿着美元这样的土办法，要多考虑美股之类的美元资产。
理财师建议，如果是没有用汇需求的朋友，就不要持有外币理财；如果未来有用汇实际需求的，则可以持有外币，并择机购买外币理财产品，以获得更高收益。

率网指出，海淘通常分为外币入账和人民币入账两种结算方式。外币入账指信用卡消费按照外币结算，持卡人需要以外币还款；如手中没有外币，则需要用人民币购
汇来还款。如果持卡人手中有足够的外币，采取外币直接还款的方式，不涉及成本增加；如果持卡人采用人民币购汇还款，那么人民币贬值后，实际需要偿还的人民
币增加了。
如果是资产不多的普通人，不如老老实实拿好人民币，看哪国货币贬值了，赶紧花人民币去玩一圈最划算。比如最近去日本玩，就特别划算，因为日元贬值了。

这些年，大家对“与国际接轨”、国际惯例这类说法并不陌生，它们所涉及的范围甚广，如经济、政治、社会管理、科学研究等领域，都有一个“国际惯例”，也即
国际标准。而就中国大多数平民百姓而言，他们也有着自己向往的国际惯例，也希望国家能在他们所关心的问题上“与国际接轨”。
2014
年上半年原油每桶100美元，如今跌到40多美元，美国油价仅相当于每升3.61元人民币，并还将降低23%，消费者可省下1000亿美元。而2014年
12月，中国的油价是美国的1.84倍。虽说中国油价也迎来了“13连降”，但是远远没有与国际接轨。再加上在半个多月的时间里，中国财政部两次上调1元
消费税，这高税费倒是与发达国家接轨了。
“四
大福利”——医疗、教育、就业和住房是当今文明社会的底线，而“四大福利”恰恰是中国大多数老百姓最为头疼的事，因为“四大福利”离他们实在太遥
远。俄罗斯搞私有化一度物价上涨2900倍，国民经济全面崩溃，社会制度根本改变的情况下，也没取消“四大福利”。德国失业工人得到失业救济、住
房补助等。瑞典失业者领的失业津贴，相当本人原工资90%。
土
地收入是全民的，不是政府的收入，政府不能支配，这是国际惯例。以征收不动产保有税作为地方政府主要税源，这更是现代发达国家的通例。可是，1998年中
国启动住房商品化改革，催肥了无数富豪。2004年，国家出台了开发土地出让，一律要由政府收储，实行土地招、拍、挂的政策。中国土地拍卖的收益，都进了
地方政府的腰包，从而形成了政府日益膨胀的土地财政。2009年中国的土地财政1.59万亿，2010年土地财政2.9万亿。
在
国外，向富人征收财产税和遗产税，30%高收入群体缴纳的个税，要占75%的税收比例，这是国际惯例。对个人全部财产课税，美国：对拥有2500万美
元以上财产，遗产税税率50%，遗产额在60万美元以下者免征遗产税。日本：最高税率70%。继承税税率分13档。德国：实行7级超额累进税率，税率从
7%到50%不等。这些国家和地区的遗产税有一个共同点，就是对穷人的遗产不征和少征税。但中国税收则相反，每年70%的个税都是中低收入群体所交，而对
于富人，只征房产税和契税，不征财产税和遗产税。此外，各级政府还为富人出台了五花八门的优惠税收政策、免税政策、补贴政策。
世
界通行的“阳光财政预算”，对政府的开支，细化到买个茶杯都要列支。与之对比，中国的预算可是十分简化。在国外，官员财产公示制度被称“阳光
法案”或“终端反腐”，现全世界已有近100多个国家和地区将“官员财产公示制”入法。而中国自1994年全国人大常委会将《财产收
入申报法》正式列入立法规划，至今20年未见动真格。

票价格在美国和西欧，一般平均不超过月收入1%，美国所有城市都有不少免费开放的城市公园，如，著名的纽约中央公园、旧金山金门公园等。中国现在全国有
130家5A级景区，门票价格一半突破100元以上，远远越了世界的“轨”！例如，中国游客用买四川九寨沟门票的220元，可以通游美国黄石公园、印度泰
姬陵、日本富士山后，还有100多元结余。“安徽黄山门票价格为230元，而当地最低生活保障标准每月311.75元；扬州瘦西湖门票价格为150
元，而当地最低生活保障标准是390元。
缴
纳低保费，获高社会福利是世界惯例。中国作为发展中国家，缴纳社保费之高，在全球181个国家排名第一！根据清华大学教授白重恩的测算，中国五项社保法定
缴费之和相当于工资水平40%，有的地区达50%；我国社保缴费率在全球181个国家排名第一，约为”金砖四国“其他三国平均水平的2倍、北欧五
国的3倍、G7国家的2.8倍、东亚邻国的4.6倍。且缴费基数还在涨，社保缴费基数下限上调282元，上限上调1278元，涨幅分别为11%和10%！
当
今世界绝大多数的国家公路免费，德国实行客车免费，只对12吨以上货运卡车分类计费收费。英国高速公路绝大部分地段不收费，只有个别桥梁隧道及伯明翰附近
的几十英里私营路段收费。即使收费的国家，收费公路占道路总里程一般不超过1%。如，美国收费公路仅占公路总里程的0.1%，费用也很便宜，一般为
2-20美元。
1978年，中国的收费公路为0公里，如今收费公路却有400万公里公路，虽只占总里程的4%，但包括350万公里的农村路，95%的高速路、61%的一级路都是收费公路。全世界82％的收费公路在中国，收费公路总里程及所占比例世界第一。

会职能的国际惯例，是在宪法规定范围内维护行业工人的权利，调整劳资关系，甚至组织工人全线罢工。而中国的工会却由行政供养，工会官员由组织部任
命。世界总和生育率的更替水平位为2.1，但据中国社会科学院2014年度《经济蓝皮书：2015年中国经济形势分析与预测》，中国目前的总和生育率只有
1.4，已非常接近国际上公认的1.3”低生育陷阱”。过去政府有手段不让生，现在让生都不生。

这几天，安邦公司CEO吴小晖经历了一番暴风骤雨般的媒体洗礼，继《南方周末》1月29日系列报道轰传之后，北京的财经、财新、北青周末都在加班加点，围绕吴小/晖与毛晓峰这一对财界奇才发表了多篇文章。其中有关吴小/晖的报道，以财新网的《安邦大冒险》最有看头。
安邦难安：“孙驸马爷”身份已成往事
《南方周末》2月1日登了篇道歉声明：“本报1月29日关于安邦保险的相关报道，信息核实有不实之处，就此对安邦保险集团及主要负责人致歉”。
1月29日报道整整四版，信息极为丰富，道歉声明未指明“不实之处”究竟指哪条信息，只能让人猜测，《南方周末》受到极大压力，才勉强做出这一道歉。
对照财新《安邦大冒险》一文，就可明白《南方周末》道歉声明的所谓“信息核实有不实之处”，可能是指吴小/晖与邓外孙女邓卓苒（邓/楠之女）的
婚姻状态。财新文章有段点睛之笔：“吴小/晖有过三次婚姻，第二任为浙江省一位卢姓副省长之女，第三任妻子是在陈小/鲁的公司标基投资集团工作时邂逅的卓
苒——前国/家领导人邓的外孙女、原中国科协党组书记邓/楠之女，两人有一子，但目前夫妻关系已确认中止。2014年，因海外媒体多渲染安邦与邓家的关
系，邓家曾小范围开会讨论过安邦的事宜，确认已与邓家无关。”该文提供婚姻关系中止的另一证据是：“安邦集团31家股东中本有两家公司间接有卓苒的持股，
但在2014年12月，显示卓苒已经从这两家的股东名单上退出”。也许，卓苒持投退出之日期，就是她与吴小/晖婚姻关系中止的日期。
通观全文对吴小/晖经商的不诚实与任性的描绘，以及吴对裙带关系背景的超级发挥，《安邦大冒险》一文谈的其实是两点：一、吴小/晖已经不是邓府
“孙驸马爷”，因此，吴的产业并非邓府产业；二、朝廷如何处置这位邓府前孙驸马，与邓府无关。总之，全世界沸沸扬扬传闻吴小晖是邓府孙驸马好几年，直到事
发之后，邓府才借财新文章澄清，其实是认栽。
就在前十来天还牛气冲天的吴/小晖，被财新一篇文章打回原形，从第一铁帽子王府孙驸马还原为一位温州商人。这件红色蟒袍的剥落，比帅府公子陈小/鲁借微博发声明以示切割带来的打击沉重得多。
当年赖昌星一案，曾牵涉到贾庆/林夫人林幼芳，据传说是江让贾与林离婚以示切割，这次邓吴婚姻中止也算有前例可循。邓吴婚姻结束于何时？文章没
交待，即使对这段婚姻缔结非常了解的陈小/鲁，在1月29日南周文章轰传之后接受香港《苹果日报》采访，还在证实吴是邓公外孙女婿，只能说“侯门深似
海”，即为密友亦难知晓侯门之事。
吴小/晖证明：投胎要靠运气，附凤亦可升天
吴小/晖非常能干，除了婚姻的选择上眼光独到，心想事成之外，还善于运用这份婚姻资本。吴小晖的第二次婚姻是他蚕蛹化蝶的关键一步，因为有了浙
江省卢姓副省长千金下嫁，吴才能够在浙江做汽车销售成功，并有机会结识帅府公子陈小/鲁，然后才有结识邓府“孙公主”机缘，喜结连理，结下了于他当时至关
重要、眼下事关公司生死的裙带关系。
近年来，资本的“跨世代转移”成为经济学研究的一个分支，这种跨世代转移主要发生于父母与子女之间，但有不少亦发生于岳父母与女婿之间。这一研
究注重“家族关系”（kinship）对个人成功的影响，尤其适用于亚洲文化，因为亚洲国家的人治色彩非常浓厚，裙带关系是非常重要的社会资本。通观有关
吴小晖的所有报道，吴之所以牛气冲天，乃是他有这一裙带关系，他与安邦的成长与壮大，充分证明了在中国这个身份型社会里，除了“拼爹一族”可以大展身手之
外，还可以创造条件，攀龙附凤，成为“靠岳父一族”。在中国、台湾、香港，包括日本，都知道“娶富家千金（官家小姐）可以少奋斗二、三十年”这一事实。
吴小/晖的过人之处在于其善用婚姻资本，《安邦大冒险》专门为此写了一节“将‘背景’杠杆到极致”，其中有几件事实不可不提，其一是“吴小/晖
控制的基建公司在浙江名声不是很好，在浙江的几个公路项目路况很差，只赚钱，不舍得投入。但因为有背景，浙江也拿他们没办法。”此事可见吴的傲气，仗着第
一铁帽子王府孙驸马身份，不将地方政府放在眼中。其二是“安邦有那种能力，可以推着监管往前走，包括修订法规。”这一点，就是我曾经说过的“利益集团俘获
国家”现象。以金融行业这条食物链为例，一家金融机构将部分租金上供给更上端位置的人，为的是从一些金融监管机构和某些政府部门那里获得商业机会或换取对
其违法违规行为的放纵、赦免，或者形成对寻租者有利的法规，最后形成了监管者与被监管者的共谋腐败。吴小/晖用以寻租的本钱，除了利益之外，更多的是他的
孙驸马身份。中国金融行业至今仍然保持半市场半行政干预的特点，这种政治身份有广阔的寻租空间。
“红色商业圈”将何去何从
“孙驸马爷”被打回原形，还原为一位贪婪无度的温州商人，安邦的命运就看“运气”了。所谓“运气”，就是朝廷的意思。安邦的事情，说大就大，比
如安邦曾从事过的利益集团俘获国家，最近举牌收购民生事件，都可往“扰乱国家金融秩序”上靠；说小就小，因为有些事情是十八大之前做的。最近王岐山再度敲
警钟，澎湃做成的标题是“十八大后仍不收敛的，你已成纪委的VIP了”。
但本朝红色家族经商带来的危害，其实早就不是草民“嫉妒”的问题，而是动摇党本国本的问题，否则习近平也不至于率先垂范，拿自家两位皇姐作法。
财新网在《陈小鲁独家回应：我不是安邦实际控制人》一文的结尾中，说“陈小鲁微信称在安邦并无股份，但标准投资集团有限公司仍为安邦集团股东，持
22.68亿股，持股比例3.664%，而工商资料仍显示陈小鲁为标准投资集团的股东之一。对此，陈小鲁模糊地回应称，标准投资里的一些人，年龄也都大
了，差不多该准备考虑不干了。根据陈小鲁的回答，无法判断这是否代表陈小鲁等人打算或已将股份套现，还是从来就是替吴小晖代持”。“考虑不干了”，也许是
陈小鲁等红二代已经嗅到危险气味，不想成为中纪委的VIP，准备金盆洗手，退出商界。但如何平安退出，则要看朝廷意旨了。
吴小/晖这种平民出身的驸马，其商业冒险成功，得益于其苦心结成的裙带关系；其冒险之旅行将终结，也与其“裙带”被斩断有关。雁过留声，吴小/晖在权力金钱场中“潇洒走一回”的经历，为世界留下了一个中国“裙带经济学”的经典样本。
孙-7 教育部长袁贵仁29日表示，高校教师必须守好政治底线、法律底线、道德底线。加强对西方原版教材的使用管理，绝不能让传播西方价值观念的教材进入课堂。。。马克思主义是不是来自于欧洲？是不是西方产生的价值观？为何传入了中国？毛曾经说：要建立美式的民主国家；习说：中国梦和美国梦是相通的。
